Very disappointed. The glasses came out quite crooked/wobbly and the paint seemingly appears to be “splashed on”. I understand others have experienced a more orange look but this came out literally red in certain spots. There was very little detailing and care compared to what the pictures looked like. :(

How to properly wash the glass?

Crystal Glassware Washing Instructions

Best Practice: Always Hand Wash

1. Use Lukewarm Water Only


  • Avoid hot water or any sudden temperature changes, it can crack the crystal.

2. Mild Dish Soap Only


  • Avoid anything with strong chemicals, citrus, or bleach.

3. Use a Soft Cloth or Sponge


  • Never use abrasive scrubbers. Microfiber cloths work best.

4. Clean One Piece at a Time


  • This prevents accidental bumping or chipping in the sink.

5. Hold Carefully


  • When washing stemware, hold by the bowl, not the stem or base, to avoid snapping the stem.

6. Rinse Thoroughly


  • Use clean, lukewarm water to remove all soap residue.

7. Dry Immediately with a Lint-Free Cloth


  • Prevents water spots and avoids mineral build-up.

  • Air drying can leave marks and increase the risk of tipping and breakage.

Avoid Dishwashers (Even if Labeled “Dishwasher-Safe”)

Even “dishwasher-safe” crystal can:


  • Get etched or cloudy from detergent

  • Crack from heat or movement

  • Lose brilliance and shine

Hand washing is always safest.

Deep Cleaning or Removing Cloudiness

If your crystal becomes cloudy (from hard water or detergent residue):


  • Soak in a 1:3 white vinegar to warm water solution for 5–10 minutes.

  • Gently scrub with a soft sponge or brush.

  • Rinse and dry as usual.

Storage Tips for Crystal Glasses


  • Store upright (not upside down) to protect rims.

  • Avoid stacking or tight storage — crystal chips easily.

  • Keep away from vibrating surfaces (like near speakers or appliances).
