The Simplified Girl Return Policy

At The Simplified Girl, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our Return Policy is designed to help you with returns and exchanges in a straightforward manner.


FINAL SALE:

  • Everything is FINAL SALE, no returns allowed. These are all custom made, our team puts in hard work and long hours into making these custom glasses. 

Defective or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for assistance with photo evidence of broken or incorrect item.
  • We will carefully asses the situation and if necessary we will refund the item to you with no additional charge.

2. Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

  • Email us at thesimplifiedgirl@gmail.com to request a return authorization. Include your order number, reason for return, and the item(s) you wish to return.

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

  • We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item(s). This may include a prepaid return shipping label if applicable.

Step 3: Package and Ship

  • Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging. Ensure that the return authorization number is included in the package. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges:

  • If elligible to exchange, you may choose an item for a different size or style, please indicate this when you contact us for a return authorization. We will assist you with the exchange process.

Shipping Costs:

  • Original shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE. If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, message us immediately to figure out replacements.

4. Return Shipping

Return Shipping Fees:

  • For returns that are not due to defects or errors, the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in promotional offers.
