Best Practice: Always Hand Wash
1. Use Lukewarm Water Only

3. Use a Soft Cloth or Sponge

4. Clean One Piece at a Time

This prevents accidental bumping or chipping in the sink.
5. Hold Carefully

When washing stemware, hold by the bowl, not the stem or base, to avoid snapping the stem.

You are eligible for a full refund or a replacement glass (of the same or different style, based on your preference and availability), at no additional cost.
To Qualify for a Refund or Exchange:
